  • By placing an order, you authorize Dailies Health LLC to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the frequency and price disclosed at checkout

  • Subscriptions continue until canceled by submitting a cancellation request prior to the next billing date

  • No prorated refunds are provided for partially used subscription periods

Auto-Renewal Disclosure: By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that your subscription will automatically renew and your payment method will be charged unless you cancel before your next renewal date. Pricing, billing frequency, and cancellation instructions are clearly disclosed at checkout.

This arbitration agreement survives termination of these Terms.
